SHIPPING POLICY
At The Five Ten Co. Tallow, we offer affordable and reliable shipping options to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.99 per order or you have the option for expedited shipping. If you are local to the Nashville area, we can arrange a meet up for a lower rate or watch our social media pages for when we will be at local vendor fairs and farmers markets! We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Five Ten Co. Tallow. It is what matters more than anything for us!
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will refund or exchange your product.
How do I return/exchange my product?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@thefivetentallow.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Please note that the item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, and that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
