We are a locally-owned and family operated tallow skin care company that is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Our hand-crafted skin care is made right in our kitchen. We carefully curate each ingredient that goes into our products by selecting only the best from grass-fed beef tallow to the highest quality essential oils.

But our mission goes beyond skincare. At The Five Ten Co. Tallow, we're on a journey to inspire a more natural lifestyle and a stewardship of the world around us. A portion of each product sold will go directly to a charity who's mission is to bring clean water to everyone on the planet.

Meet the Family

We are the Henderson's, although you will often hear/see us refer to ourselves as the M&M family! Here are a few things about our family to help you get to know us a little better.

We are a Christian family who keeps Jesus in the center of our home and decisions.
We are Texas natives who have followed God's calling to move to Tennessee and are on the wild ride that He has set in front of us (including opening up a long time dream of creating natural skincare).
We are a family of 5, the four of us here and one of us in heaven. We lost who would have been our youngest to a miscarriage.
We love the outdoors! Hiking, exploring, swimming, nature hikes - most anything that will get us in the great outdoors.
I am a homeschool mama to these two crazy boys and we have loved the ability to nurture their interests, work through struggles, and teach faith based principles that will carry them throughout their lives.

Mama, wife, Christian, creative, photographer, dreamer! I live in Nashville, Tennessee with my little tribe creating the little homestead of our dreams. I love thunderstorms, baking, highland cows, and neutral, earthy colors are my vibe. I equally love the sound of my children's laughter, a day in bed just reading my Bible, and spending time just being creative.

I have a passion for serving others, for stewarding what the Lord has given us, and for creating things that bring you joy, comfort, and happiness. I am so thankful you are a part of this journey and can't wait to see where this road takes us!

How did you and your
husband meet?

We met on the internet before it was cool or normal to meet a potential spouse on the internet. We met on MySpace and talked back and for on AOL Instant Messenger. It was only love at first sight for one of us, but I'll let you guess who. We have been through a lot over our last over 15 years together and are excited to continue our journey with you!

What is your favorite thing about your life with your family?

The simple things. I love the beauty and sweetness of simplicity (don't get me wrong, those grand adventures are something special and are truly cherished). It's the morning snuggles and turning the house down for the night, it's the slow Sunday afternoon after church, it's baking in the kitchen, it's the random dance parties and little life lessons, and it's the competitive spirt that comes out every Friday night for our weekly video game competition.
